COVID-19 Vaccine Update: Vaccines are available to everyone aged 16 and above who lives, works, or studies in Massachusetts. You can follow this state website to stay on top of eligibility dates.

UMass Memorial will contact their patients as vaccine is available, yet they encourage you to use the mass sites. Reliant is not currently able to schedule new vaccine appointments. Leicester Residents who qualify for the vaccine may receive the vaccine through Harrington Hospital in Southbridge. If you would like to get on the waiting list, please contact Francis Dagle at 508-892-7008 or firstname.lastname@example.org. Appointments will be made on a first come, first serve basis as they become available.
