Mission Statement

Our mission at Christ Episcopal Church is to provide a physical and spiritual space which

• offers opportunities for renewal

• fosters spiritual growth and

• enables transformation,

so that we may go forth in ministry to family, community and the world.

Welcome to Christ Episcopal Church! We are a community committed to worship and study in the worldwide Anglican tradition, to mutual support, and service to others.  Our members include young people and elders; those whose families have served Christ Church for generations and others who have joined the parish quite recently; married, partnered, and single folks, gay and straight; the theologically progressive and the theologically traditional; lifelong Episcopalians, those who have come to us from other traditions, and those who are seeking relationship with God and who worship and serve with us as they continue to explore.
Our shared call is to be faithful to the Gospel of Jesus Christ including and embracing all who wish to join us as we seek to minister as the Body of Christ in the world.

We offer the Rite II service with music each Sunday, at 9 am.
On the first Sunday of each month we pray for healing and offer the laying-on-of hands and anointing.
On the third Sunday of each month we use an alternate liturgy.

Church School is held during the 9 am service from mid-September through May.
